Baseline & Fitness Tracking
Progress means different things to different people. Fortunately there are numerous ways to measure progress.
Before beginning any new workout plan, first we'll take some baseline measurements so we can track how your body responds to our weekly efforts.

Blood Pressure & Pulse
We’ll take your resting pulse & blood pressure, then you’ll walk 3 mins, and we’ll test again.

BMI & Bodyfat Percentage
We'll measure your precise bodyfat, BMI, and calorie requirements, to help us build your fitness plan.

Movement & Strength Tests
Depending on your goals and condition, we can use a variety of physical tests to measure progress.

How Personal Training Works
Whatever your individual needs are, personal training is a collaboration. Between my experience & systems, your dedication & drive, and our teamwork efforts, together we can accomplish great things.
Me
I'll develop workout plans and strategies based on your goals, keeping track of your workouts and progress; and adjusting our methods accordingly.
Us
We’ll follow our plan together in the gym, analyzing and adapting as needed. Periodically we’ll measure your progress using our baseline tests.
You
Keep up with any at-home exercises, food plans, and/or routines we’ve established for keeping yourself on track. This may include some journaling.
Personal Training Pricing & Packages
Each client’s personal training needs and budget are different—so I offer a variety of options for making the most of your investment in health, fitness, and personal growth.
Single Session
45-90 mins. We'll review previous workouts and/or baselines before warming up those muscle groups. Then I'll lead you through the exercises; coaching your form, pace, muscle engagement, etc.

Includes four sessions at the gym of your choice. It's a lot harder to skip your workout when you've already paid for it!

I want you to feel completely comfortable with your personal training experience. That's why first we'll meet and discuss your goals & obstacles—free, no obligations.
Then we can start with a single session—and if you aren't satisfied, I'll refund your fee. Or if you want to continue, I'll happily apply your fee to a package of your choice.
